Dragoslav was born in Skopje where he finished high school in After that he graduated in in Belgrade Faculty of Law, receiving a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Avramovic worked in the National Bank of Serbia from to He continued his career in the World Bank where he stayed until and held a number of important positions.
